Nusret (Saltbae)

Popularly known as the "Grand Bazaar", it was the heart of Istanbul's commercial life during the Ottoman Period. Bedestens, which were originally built for cloth shopping, have become bazaars where valuable goods are bought and sold, and are locked up at night and protected by guards. These structures, known today as Cevahir Bedesten and Sandal Bedesten, were built during the Second World War. It was built by Mehmed as a foundation right after the conquest of Istanbul. A restaurant of the world-famous Nusret is also located here. Although the restaurant, which also has historical buildings, is crowded every hour of the day, the service times are very fast. You can also experience the famous Nusret restaurant on my tours.
