Istanbul is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful cities in the world. In terms of population, Turkey’s largest city is Istanbul. Istanbul contains so many districts that we can call it a “city within a city”. Traveling in such a big and busy city can be difficult as well as enjoyable.

 

Although we use cars for transportation in some special cases in Istanbul, I can say that we generally use public transportation vehicles.

We love and support ecological travel! For this reason, we primarily prefer public transportation when traveling in Istanbul to reduce our carbon footprint. So you can travel more respectfully to nature, while at the same time better experience local life by using public transport. Istanbul has a really good metro line. Thus, it is possible to visit Istanbul more easily without being caught in the traffic of this huge city!

Of course, this is not your only option. If you want, you can choose a bike that will be good for you and your health as well as walking. It is possible to rent bicycles placed by the municipality, which are especially abundant on the coastline of Istanbul.

 

In addition to this information, if you are a large group, have a physical disability, or have young travelers in your travel group, it would be better to visit Istanbul by private vehicle.

You may need a car if your hotel is far from the city center if there is no metro line near your accommodation, or for various reasons I have listed above. In such cases, don’t hesitate to contact me.

Estambul es sin duda una de las ciudades más bellas del mundo. En términos de población, la ciudad más grande de Turquía es Estambul. Estambul contiene tantos distritos que podemos llamarla una “ciudad dentro de una ciudad”. Viajar en una ciudad tan grande y concurrida puede ser tan difícil como placentero.

 

Aunque usamos automóviles para el transporte en algunos casos especiales en Estambul, puedo decir que generalmente usamos vehículos de transporte público.

¡Amamos y apoyamos los viajes ecológicos! Por esta razón, preferimos principalmente el transporte público cuando viajamos en Estambul para reducir nuestra huella de carbono. Para que puedas viajar de forma más respetuosa con la naturaleza, mientras que al mismo tiempo experimentas mejor la vida local utilizando el transporte público. Estambul tiene una muy buena línea de metro. Por lo tanto, es posible visitar Estambul más fácilmente sin quedar atrapado en el tráfico de esta gran ciudad.

Por supuesto, esta no es tu única opción. Si lo desea, puede elegir una bicicleta que sea buena para usted y su salud, además de caminar. Es posible alquilar bicicletas colocadas por el municipio, que son especialmente abundantes en la costa de Estambul.
